1. What the service is
Signal Engine is a software tool that evaluates technical-analysis conditions that you select or create, on market data from your own Zerodha Kite Connect session, and notifies you when they are met.
2. Not investment advice
Nothing in the app is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security. We are not registered with SEBI as an investment adviser or research analyst and do not provide research, tips or advice. All trading decisions, and their results, are yours alone. Trading in equities and derivatives carries a high risk of loss; SEBI studies show most individual F&O traders lose money.
3. No guarantee of results
Backtests and paper-trade results are hypothetical, ignore many real-world costs and conditions, and do not predict future performance.
4. Alerts may be delayed or missed
Alerts depend on Zerodha's data feed, your daily Zerodha login, internet connectivity, Google's notification service and our servers. They can be late, duplicated or missed. Do not rely on the app as your only source of information.
5. Your Zerodha account
You are responsible for your own Kite Connect subscription, API keys and compliance with Zerodha's terms. The app does not place orders on your behalf.
6. Subscriptions
Paid plans renew automatically through Google Play until cancelled. Cancellation and refunds follow Google Play's policies. We may change plan features or prices with notice.
7. Acceptable use
Don't share your account, resell alerts, redistribute market data, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any trading losses or for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding three months.
9. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
